Yesterday we hosted Ruislip in a large training session which was not dampened by the ever spreading fog or sticky mud. Four mixed groups rotated around different training stations, followed by some competitive matches.

As is traditional our coaches chose the three best performing players from the visiting club and their coaches those ours. Congratulations to Myles, Alex and Arthur.

We have a similar format next week away at Tring. Please let James Stacpoole know asap if you can't make it.
