Midweek Rugby Training with Matt Allen

Everyone's favourite coach, Matt Allen, will be running coaching sessions for the U9 age group on Wednesday evenings at 5.15pm-6.30pm at the club, for 4 weeks from Wednesday 22nd September until Wednesday 13th October.

These sessions are designed to improve core rugby skills, with an emphasis on developing the range and accuracy of pop, push and spin passing. The sessions will also look to improve fitness for rugby through speed, agility and quickness training in fun pairs’ activities. Finally, the bulk of the session will be made of playing games that develop their decision making skills and most importantly, having fun with their friends.
